Here’s what you need to know:
It is self-Check in: Phone support will not be available after 10pm unless it’s a life safety emergency. it’s critical that you complete your pre checkin as soon as you book definitely before 4pm so you are sure to have all your information including door code.
Check In: 4pm

KEY IS LOCATED IN A KEY BOX ON THE FRONT DOOR
CODE: Provided morning of arrival
Note: The keybox can be opened by entering the code and sliding the silver button down (not pressing in) and pulling the entire face of the box forward.

TV: There are apps to stream with and Cox Cable, to use cable put it on the input the cable box is plugged into (typically 1 unless someone has moved it), then hit guide button. If it has a lost signal message, unplug the cable box wait a minute and plug back in.
Other Details:
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only allowed outside. Failure to adhere to this restriction will result in a charge of $200.
This property has a strict no pets policy. Evidence of a pet being in the property will result in an additional charge of $200.
Departure Checklist:
• Please hang all used washcloths, hand towels and bath towels over the side of the sink, bathtub or over the shower door.
• Please wash all dishes and return them to the cabinets. We don’t mind if a glass or two is left in the sink, but we do charge extra to clean excessive dishes, per the Terms and conditions.
• Return all furniture, inside and outside, to the original position (if moved).
• Please bag all trash and leave in room. Housekeepers will remove.
• Please turn the heating/cooling to 68 in winter and 72 in summer
• Please close and lock all windows and doors
• Please return the key to the keybox.
Please do a final walk through and look for any items you may have left behind (Jewelry, Jackets, Tablets/Mobile devices, Chargers, etc.) If we find your lost items, we can ship them to you, although it’s difficult for us to process lost items quickly during busy months. Note, we are not responsible for items left behind. There will be a $50 handling fee applied in addition to shipping cost for left behind items that are requested to be shipped.
Getting Around:
Eureka Springs Trolley
Our properties are Vacation Rentals with reservations handled by Bear Mountain Property Managment/EurekaSpringsGetaway.com. Property INCLUDES: bath towels, linens, glassware, utensils. Consumables Included: 2 rolls of bath tissue are provided per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 trash can liners for each trash can, hand soap, dish soap, and dish washer detergent. We provide ground fresh roasted coffee from Bear Mountain Coffee co, for a drip coffeemaker. Generally, salt and pepper, and basic items are available at the unit, although, we cannot guarantee specific consumable items. Toiletries: We provide small packets of shampoo/soap and a hair-dryer, although you may want to bring your favorite cosmetic items (including shampoo) if you are staying for an extended period.
Note, it is our intention to keep the property safe, secure, and maintained. Building Codes may differ, and are not required in all areas. Neither Eureka Springs Getaway, nor the Property Owner, provide any assurance that features such as steps, rails, indoor & outdoor surfaces meet standard “codes”. Properties may have steep steps, loft ladders, rock pavers, and uneven surfaces. If you have concerns, please ask questions. Please watch your step, and remain aware of your surroundings. Per your terms and conidtions, all liability has been waived.
